What guests loved:
The staff was so helpful and friendly. You felt like you were in a palace from the 1700's, very quaint. Perfect spot to see the city right from the hotel.
Areas for improvement:
The pillows were a bit bulky. Also the sink faucet needs to have the filter changed so it won't spray everywhere.

The suite with the terrazzo was huge, great bathroom, beautiful view! Breakfast substantial and super helpful staff!
